The feels-like temperature takes humidity and wind into account, so it is closer to how the weather actually feels than the air temperature. When the chance of rain is 35% or higher, bring an umbrella or raincoat and waterproof shoes; in snow and ice, wear boots with good grip; when the UV index is 6 or higher, wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses and apply sunscreen.
